In our traditional Turkish kitchen we prepare everything fresh. We don’t use any processed products.
Many herbs, lettuces and some vegetables come from our garden behind the house.
We also produce our own Turşu (pickeled vegetables), Tarhana soup and much more. All our marmalades are home-made too.
Over one hundred species of wild herbs and vegetables are grown in Turkey. From these you can prepare some very healthy and wholesome meals. We integrate seasonal and regional wild herbs and vegetables into our cuisine.
